摘要
本文介绍了水稳基层微裂均质化处治再生技术防治沥青路面反射裂缝的原理。结合工程实际案例,从处治效果、施工工艺复杂度、环境友好性、经济效益、交通干扰度等方面对技术优势进行了说明。实践证明,水稳基层微裂均质化处治再生技术不但可以解决因水稳基层开裂引起的面层反射裂缝问题,同时具有较强环境、社会友好性及显著的经济效益,适用于高速公路、国、省道的旧路大中修工程。
It is introduced in this paper that the principle of preventing and treating reflective cracks in asphalt pavement by water stabilized base micro-cracking and homogenized treatment and regeneration technology.Combined with practical engineering cases,the technical advantages is explained in the aspects of treatment effect,construction technology complexity,environmental friendliness,economic benefit,traffic interference and so on.It has been proved by practice that the technology of homogenization treatment and regeneration of water stabilized base can not only solve the problem of surface reflection crack caused by cracking of water stabilized base,but also has strong environment,social friendliness and remarkable economic benefits,and is suitable for large and medium repair projects of old roads in expressway,national and provincial roads.
