摘要 随着交通运输量和交通荷载日趋加剧增大,公路现役旧小桥涵呈疲劳应力幅度加大、损伤加剧趋势。针对高海拔地区高寒、大温差、冻土等特殊的自然环境因素条件下传统混凝土加固技术的诸多质量通病问题,利用波纹钢结构受力特征,代替传统混凝土加固技术,可实现工厂化制造、装配化快速施工、有效提高加固质量和结构安全性能,为以后现役旧小桥涵波纹钢装配化加固提供了应用技术参考。 With the increasing traffic volume and traffic load,the existing small bridges and culverts on the highway show a trend of increased fatigue stress and increased damage.Aiming at many common quality problems of traditional concrete reinforcement technology under special natural environmental factors such as high altitude areas,high temperature,large temperature difference,and frozen soil,Using corrugated steel structure's stress characteristics instead of traditional concrete reinforcement technology,it can realize factory manufacturing,assembly-based rapid construction,effectively improve reinforcement quality and structural safety performance,and provide application technology reference for the assembly reinforcement of corrugated steel in existing small bridges and culverts in the future.
