The highway management is an important part of the maintenance of road rights management.With the continuous improvement and perfection of the national highway traffic system system,the legal consciousness is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and the highway management departments pay more and more attention to the maintenance of road rights.Strengthening highway management and improving the economic efficiency of highway system can fundamentally improve the maintenance of road rights by highway management departments,break through the restrictions of economic factors,and comprehensively improve the efficiency of road rights maintenance work.At present,there are still some drawbacks and deficiencies in the maintenance of road rights in China,which to some extent restricts the normal development and operation of the transportation system in China,and affects the trend of rapid economic growth of the highway system in China.Therefore,this paper focuses on the detailed analysis of the role of highway management and economic benefit optimization in the maintenance of road rights,in order to improve the efficiency of highway management departments to maintain road rights,hoping to help the relevant personnel of highway management departments.
