摘要
土工格室柔性挡墙造型美观、结构稳定性好,可对路基边坡进行有效支护,并且造价成本低、经济效益好,相比石砌圬工挡墙造价大约可降低20%,因此得到工程界一致认可和广泛应用,本文详细介绍了土工格室柔性挡墙的作用机理和施工工艺控制,并依托陕西省延安市子长县省道205线改建工程,通过施工现场埋设压力盒和位移计,对土工格室柔性挡墙受力及变形特点进行了总结分析,挡墙内侧和挡墙中间实测土压力值呈现鼓形分布,在挡墙的中间位置处土压力达到最大,另外,柔性挡墙墙体变形随挡墙高度增加呈非线性分布,在挡墙中间位置处达到最大。
The flexible retaining wall with geocell has beautiful appearance and good structural stability,which can effectively support the subgrade slope,and has low cost and good economic benefits.Compared with the stone masonry retaining wall,the cost can be reduced by about 20%.Therefore,it has been unanimously recognized and widely used in the engineering field.This paper introduces the action mechanism and construction technology control of geocell flexible retaining wall in detail,and relies on the reconstruction project of Provincial Road 205 in Zichang County,Yan'an City,Shaanxi Province,the stress and deformation characteristics of flexible retaining wall of geocell are summarized and analyzed by burying pressure box and displacement meter on the construction site.The measured earth pressure on the inner side of retaining wall and the middle part of retaining wall presents drum distribution,and the earth pressure at the middle position of retaining wall reaches the maximum.In addition,the deformation of flexible retaining wall is nonlinear with the increase of retaining wall height In the middle of the retaining wall.
