浅谈公路沥青路面铣刨修复养护工程施工质量管控

Discussion on the construction quality control of the road asphalt pavement milling repair and maintenance project

随着我国汽车保有量持续增长,公路养护里程也随之增加,公路病害形势的严峻,对公路使用性能提出了更高的要求,要确保公路路用性能,必须对其施工质量加强控制。施工质量控制是一个涉及施工各个环节的全过程动态控制,通过动态控制对偏差数据进行分析并及时作出调整,保障工程施工质量。本文从原材料质量控制、后场控制、混合料运输过程控制、前场控制几个方面总结了其质量控制具体方法,以期提高公路沥青路面铣刨修复养护工程施工质量,切实做到降本增效。

With the continuing increase of the number of automobiles in our country,the mileage of highway maintenance is also increasing,and the situation of highway diseases is serious,which puts forward higher requirements for highway performance.In order to ensure the highway performance,we must strengthen the control of its construction quality.Construction quality control is a whole process dynamic control which involves every link of construction.Through the dynamic control,deviation data are analyzed and adjusted in time to ensure the construction quality.This paper summarizes the concrete methods of quality control from the aspects of raw material quality control,rear field control,mixture transportation process control and front field control,in order to improve the construction quality of highway asphalt pavement milling repair and maintenance engineering,we will effectively reduce costs and increase efficiency.
