摘要
以东江梨川大桥曲塔曲梁无背索斜拉桥为工程背景,分析了配切法、顶推法及配切-顶推综合法三种合龙方法的特点,结合该桥结构特点和施工现场气温及其他自然条件,选择了配切法合龙方案。采用实桥测试与有限元模拟的方法,计算分析了关键施工参数,并详细介绍了合龙施工步骤、合龙口两侧梁端标高的控制、合龙时间及合龙段配切长度的确定、合龙段的横向匹配、临时锁定装置的设置、梯形配切法等关键合龙技术和实际施工情况。实践证明,该桥采用配切合龙法合龙顺利,具有施工快捷,匹配精确的优点。
Based on the engineering background of the Dongjiang Lichuan bridge,this paper analyzes the characteristics of three closure methods,i.e.matching and cutting method,jacking method and matching and pushing comprehensive method.Combined with the structural characteristics of the bridge,the construction site temperature and other natural conditions,the matching and cutting method closure scheme is selected.Using the method of real bridge test and finite element simulation,the key construction parameters are calculated and analyzed,and the key closure technology and actual construction situation are introduced in detail,such as the closure construction steps,the control of beam end elevation on both sides of the closure,the closure time and the determination of the length of the closure section cutting,the horizontal matching of the closure section,the setting of temporary locking device,trapezoid cutting method and so on.The practice shows that the method of matching,cutting and closing the bridge is smooth,and has the advantages of quick construction and accurate matching.
