隧道弃渣填筑高路基的压实组合方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用FLAC和ANSYS两种有限元软件,对扎碾公路土石高填路基填筑松铺层厚,分别按照70cm、50cm、30cm三种层厚进行压实工艺组合模拟分析。通过模拟控制铺层的最大沉降,提出每一铺层的最佳压实工艺组合方案。在此基础上,结合试验段铺层最佳压实工艺组合结果,确定对应铺层的碾压施工,并用灌水法进行压实质量检测。研究结果表明:通过模拟不同压实工艺组合的碾压情况,结合必要的试验段试验加以确定,这种高填路基填筑的压实组合分析方法,不但对土石混填路基铺层碾压施工工艺确定,具有较好的参考作用,而且能减少室外试验与相应的工作量。 Two kinds of finite element software,FLAC and ANSYS,were used to simulate and analyze the compaction process combination according to the three layers of 70cm,50cm and 30cm,respectively.By simulating and controlling the maximum settlement of each layer,the best compaction technology combination scheme for each layer is proposed.On this basis,combined with the best compaction technology combination results of the test section,the corresponding compaction construction is determined,and the compaction quality is tested by the irrigation method.The results show that by simulating different compaction process combination of crushing,combined with the necessary test to determine the test section,the high fill subgrade filling compaction combination analysis method,not only of soil-rock fill subgrade layer RCC construction technology,has a good reference,and can reduce the test and the corresponding outdoor work.
