我国三级医院多学科协作诊疗模式开展现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the status quo of multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model in GradeⅢhospitals in China

目的:了解三级医院多学科协作诊疗模式的开展现状,为推广多学科协作诊疗模式提供参考。方法:使用方便抽样方法于2018年6?8月在全国三级医院开展问卷调查,调查对象是医院的医务部和院办公室的副科长及以上级别的管理人员,收回有效问卷208份。结果:被调查的三级医院中,已开展多学科协作诊疗模式的医院有140所,开展率为67.31%,开展的平均时间是3.36年。医院管理人员对本院多学科协作诊疗流程的满意度偏低。多学科协作诊疗模式的组织方式、收费方式、激励方式等尚没形成统一的机制。医院类型、医院级别是影响医院多学科协作诊疗模式开展的因素。收费价格不明确是阻碍多学科协作诊疗发展最重要的原因。结论:国内医院开展多学科协作诊疗模式尚处于起步发展阶段,缺乏完善的管理激励机制。

Objective:To understand the development status of the multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model in GradeⅢhospitals,and to provide references for the promotion of the multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model.Methods:Using convenient sampling methods,a questionnaire survey was conducted in GradeⅢhospitals across the country from June to August 2018.The subjects of the survey were managers of the hospital’s medical department and the deputy chief of the hospital office and above,and 208 valid questionnaires were collected.Results:Among the GradeⅢhospitals surveyed,140 hospitals have implemented a multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model,with an implementation rate of 67.31%,and an average duration of 3.36 years.Hospital managers are low in satisfaction with the hospital’s multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment process.The organization,charging,and incentive methods of the multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model have not yet formed a unified mechanism.The type of hospital and the level of the hospital are the factors that affect the development of the hospital’s multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model.Unclear charging prices are the most important reason hindering the development of multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion:The multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model in domestic hospitals is still in its infancy and lacks a complete management incentive mechanism.
