摘要
目的:了解精神专科医院药师的离职意向及相关因素。方法:依托第4次全国进一步改善医疗服务行动计划第三方评估,收集29个省份41所省级精神专科医院药师的数据,使用卡方检验和二分类logistic回归进行分析。结果:调查的960名药师中有离职意向的比例为17.8%,性别、学历、医患纠纷、职业认同、职业满意是精神专科医院药师离职意向的相关因素。结论:政府和医院应采取有效措施改善精神专科医院药师的执业环境,进一步改善医患关系,提高其职业认同感和职业满意度,从而降低其离职率,保障精神专科医院药师队伍的稳定。
Objective:To understand the pharmacists’intention to leave and related factors of pharmacists in psychiatric hospitals in China.Methods:Based on the third Party evaluation of the Fourth National Action Plan for Further Improving medical services,data of 41 provincial psychiatric hospitals in 29 provinces were collected and analyzed by Chi-Squared Test and binary logistic regression.Results:17.8%of the 960 pharmacists had intention to quit,and gender,educational background,medical dispute,professional identity and job satisfaction are related factors.Conclusion:The government and hospitals should take effective measures to improve the practicing environment of pharmacists in psychiatric hospitals,reduce medical disputes,improve their professional identity and job satisfaction,thus reducing their turnover rate and ensuring the stability of the pharmacist team in psychiatric hospitals.
