摘要 以文化人,以文育心,是医院可持续发展的内在动力。在对医院文化建设需求进行分析的基础上,对文化建设的途径进行了思考,并介绍了复旦大学附属中山医院的文化建设实践案例。复旦大学附属中山医院自建院以来,开展了系列文化建设项目,从点到线再到面,不断拓展和创新,形成了让患者感受"温情"、为员工提供"温暖"、向社会传递"温度"的中山特色文化氛围,展现了"以人为本、全心守护"的中山医院文化精神,体现了代代中山人坚守的使命与责任。 Educating people and their hearts with culture is the internal driving force for the sustainable development of the hospital.On the basis of the analysis of the needs of hospital culture construction,the practice and thinking of hospital culture construction are carried out.Since its establishment,Zhongshan Hospital has carried out a series of cultural construction projects,from point to line to surface,continuous expansion and innovation.Formed a unique cultural atmosphere of Zhongshan that allows patients to feel"tenderness",provides"warmth"to employees and delivers"temperature"to the society.It demonstrates the cultural spirit of Zhongshan Hospital of"people-oriented,wholehearted guarding",and reflects the mission and responsibility of Zhongshan people.
