医患沟通能力对减少临床一线医患纠纷的影响

The impact of doctor-patient communication skills on reducing clinical front-line doctor-patient disputes

目的:基于德尔菲法研究医患沟通能力对减少临床一线医患纠纷的影响。方法:采用德尔菲法,通过3轮问卷咨询,研究医患之间的沟通能力是否可以减少临床一线医患纠纷。结果:经过3轮问卷咨询,专家问卷回收率和应答率达到100%,说明8位专家关心程度高,专家均认为构建医患沟通能力有着十分重要的实践意义。3轮专家权威程度系数均大于0.8,表明本研究专家的权威程度较高。8位专家询问结果之间的变异系数在0.1左右,表明本研究8位专家之间意见的协调程度非常高。结论:本研究通过德尔菲法研究的医患沟通能力,3轮专家咨询显示,专家应答率非常高,意见越来越趋于一致,咨询结果可以作为医患沟通能力的内容和结果,进而为减少临床一线医患纠纷提供依据。

Objective:To study the influence of doctor-patient communication ability on reducing front-line clinical doctor-patient disputes based on the Delphi method.Method:The Delphi method was adopted to study whether doctor-patient communication ability can reduce front-line clinical doctor-patient disputes through three rounds of questionnaire consultation.Results:After three rounds of questionnaire consultation,the recovery rate and response rate of the expert questionnaire reached 100%,indicating that the 8 experts had a high degree of concern,and the experts all believed that it was of great practical significance to build the doctor-patient communication ability.The degree of authority of experts is used to judge the reliability of research results.The coefficient of the authority of experts in the three rounds of this paper is all greater than 0.8,indicating that the degree of authority of experts in this study is relatively high.The coefficient of variation between the query results of the 8 experts was around 0.1,indicating that the coordination degree of the opinions of the 8 experts in this study was very high.Conclusion:This study is based on the doctor-patient communication ability studied by the Delphi method.Three rounds of expert consultation show that the expert response rate is very high and the opinions are more and more consistent.The consultation results can be used as the content and result of doctor-patient communication ability,thus providing the basis for reducing the front-line clinical doctor-patient disputes.
