摘要
对油饼的压榨过程进行了仿真分析,探索了油饼厚度和榨螺转速对出油率的影响,并对试验结果进行了方差分析。研究结果表明:油饼厚度与榨螺转速均对出油率有显著影响,且油饼厚度影响更为显著。出油率与油饼厚度有显著的线性关系,油饼厚度越大出油率越低;出油率与榨螺转速负相关,且榨螺转速存在一个最高的出油转速(30 r/min)。在油饼厚度为21 mm,榨螺转速为30 r/min时,油料出油率最高,达51%。
Simulation analysis of the oilcake pressing process was carried out to explore the effect of oilcake thickness and the speed of the press screw on the oil yielding rate,and ANOVA was performed on the test results.The results showed that both oilcake thickness and the speed of the press screw had a significant effect on the oil yield,and that the effect of oilcake thickness was more significant.There was a significant linear relationship between the oil yield and the thickness of the oilcake,with the oil yielding rate decreasing with the thickness of the oilcake;the oil yielding rate was negatively correlated with the speed of the press screw,and there was a maximum the oil yielding rate speed(30 r/min)at the press screw speed.The highest oil yield of 51%was achieved with a cake thickness of 21 mm and a screwdriving speed of 30 r/min.
