摘要
我国智能交通管理系统的专业设计业务已开展了近20年,智能交通管理系统设计过程中包含的问题如何分析、目标如何设定、内容如何确定、深度如何把握等理论方法也一直在探索中。本文旨在以智能交通管理系统技术规范(GA/T445)为参照,提出适合城市道路特点,并从目标、目的、结果、行动(任务)等方面进行基于逻辑框架法的分析研究,从而在智能交通管理系统方案设计中形成有科学理论支撑的设计思路和方法。通过阐述如何应用逻辑框架法进行智能交通管理系统的设计,为顺利开展智能交通管理系统的方案设计打下基础。
The professional design of intelligent traffi c management system(ITMS)in China has developed for nearly 20 years.The theoretical methods of how to analyze the problems,how to set the goals,how to determine the content and how to grasp the depth in the ITMS design process are also being explored.This paper used the technical specifi cations for ITMS(GA/T 445)as reference,conducted the study based on logic frame method from the goal,the objective,the result,the action(task)in accordance with the characteristics of the urban roads,thus formed design ideas and methods with the support of scientifi c theory in the process of ITMS scheme design.By explaining how to apply the logic framework method to the design of the ITMS,a foundation for the ITMS scheme design was laid.
