交通事故智能辅助定责平台探究及应用

公安机关交通管理部门对于交通事故的责任确定目前还没有统一的标准,实现交通事故责任的准确认定,公正的为各方当事人确定事故责任,是交通事故处理工作的中心和目标。本文旨在研究设计交通事故智能辅助定责平台,建立统一的智能辅助定责模型,为办案民警在决策事故责任时提供参考,并通过对定责结果的分析,挖掘当事人事故责任和过错行为之间的关联,用以对定责模型进行迭代优化,不断提升智能辅助定责平台的准确性,推动交通事故责任认定更加公正规范。

At present,there is no uniform standard for the determination of traffi c accident responsibility by traffi c management department of public security organ.The center and the goal of the traffi c accident handling are to accurately identify traffi c accident responsibility and justly determinate the traffi c accident responsibility for all persons involved.The purpose of this paper is to study intelligent auxiliary traffi c accident responsibility determination platform and establish a unifi ed intelligent auxiliary responsibility determination model to provide decision reference for the traffi c police offi cers who are handling the traffi c accidents.And Through the analysis of the determination results and the mining of the correlation between the traffi c accident responsibility and fault behaviors of the persons involved,the determination model can be iteratively optimized so as to constantly enhance the accuracy of the intelligent auxiliary responsibility determination platform and promote more just and standardized traffi c accident responsibility identifi cation.
