摘要
文章分析了可持续建设模式下,公共租赁住房发展面临的安全性能与耐久、适应性能与品质、节能性能与运维问题,提出构建租赁住房可持续建设转型升级发展路径。结合百年住宅公共租赁住房示范项目,论述了公共租赁住房绿色长寿化主体结构、围护结构、设备管线、内装的系统集成方法与技术策略。展望公共租赁住房未来人居,以期引领可持续建设模式下的公共租赁住房绿色长寿化发展。
Under the sustainable construction modes,this paper analyzes several issues faced by the development of public rental housings,including the security performance and durability,adaptability and quality,energy-saving performance and operation/maintenance.It puts forward the development directions to construct the sustainable transformation and upgrading of rental housings.Combined with the public-rental-housing demonstration projects of long-life sustainable housing,this paper discusses approaches and technical strategies of systematic integration of the public rental housings on the main structures,enclosure structures,equipment pipelines,and of interior decorations.Looking forward to the future of public rental housings and residents,this paper expects to lead the development of public rental housings of green and longevity under the sustainable construction modes.
