摘要
本文简要介绍了船用齿轮箱减速比自动调节系统的设计思想,由此提出了船桨应用机制,继而探索了减速比控制系统的设计方案:主控制器、液压动力装置、其他问题调节等,以此提升自动调节系统的减速比控制能力,提升船用齿轮箱的应用性能。
This paper briefly introduces the design idea of the automatic adjustment system of the deceleration ratio of the marine gearbox,and puts forward the application mechanism of the propeller,and then explores the design scheme of the deceleration ratio control system:the main controller,the hydraulic power device,the other problem adjustment,etc.In order to improve the deceleration ratio control ability of the automatic adjustment system and the application performance of the marine gearbox.
