基于诊断流程图的汽车ESP典型故障诊断与排除方法探究

摘要 汽车ESP(Electronic Stability Program)是一种新型主动安全控制系统,能够显著的提高汽车的操纵稳定性和行驶安全性,故在目前国内外汽车上均得到普遍运用。本文在分析汽车ESP结构和原理的基础上,结合汽车故障诊断常用的方法,提出了运用诊断流程图分析的方法,并通过具体的案例,探究了汽车ESP典型故障诊断与排除方法。实践证明,这种诊断方法,可以帮助维修人员快速、准确的分析故障原因,确定故障部位,最终排除故障,维持汽车行驶中良好的技术状态,最大程度的减少人员伤害和财产损失。 Vehicle ESP(Electronic Stability Program)is a new type of active safety control system,which can significantly improve the handling stability and driving safety of the vehicle,so it is widely used in the automobile at present.Based on the analysis of the structure and principle of automobile ESP,combined with the common methods of automobile fault diagnosis,this paper puts forward the method of using the diagnosis flow chart analysis,and explores the typical fault diagnosis and elimination methods of automobile ESP through a specific case.Practice has proved that this diagnosis method can help maintenance personnel to quickly and accurately analyze the cause of the fault,determine the fault location,and finally troubleshoot the fault,maintain the good technical state of the car running,and minimize the injuries and property losses to the greatest extent.
