摘要 动力电池是新能源汽车的三大组成部件(电池、电机、电控)之一,它的工作性能影响着新能源汽车的续航能力。温度对动力电池性能、寿命及安全性均有影响,高效合理地设计电池的冷却系统对电池的正常工作有重要作用。本方案设计新能源汽车电池的防寒防冻性能检测装置,保障新能源汽车动力电池电性能及热管理控制系统高效、稳定、安全运行,从而满足新能源汽车在各种工况下安全稳定工作有着积极意义。 Power battery is one of the three major components(battery,motor and electronic control)of new energy vehicles,Its performance affects the endurance of new energy vehicles.Temperature has an effect on the performance,life and safety of power battery[4].The efficient and reasonable design of the cooling system of battery plays an important role in the normal operation of battery.In this project,the cold proof and antifreeze performance testing device of new energy vehicle battery is designed,Ensure the efficient,stable and safe operation of the power battery electrical performance and thermal management control system of new energy vehicles,It has positive significance to meet the safety and stability of new energy vehicles in various working conditions[5].
