摘要 本文介绍IEC 60879:2019《家用和类似用途舒适风扇和调速器的性能测试方法》与IEC 60879:1986标准范围、术语和定义、不同类型风扇风量测试方法、待机功率等方面差异,探讨了新版标准测试传统风扇风量“4个风速表”的试验方法以及无叶风扇、柱式扇风量测试的方法,对比典型电风扇样品按照新、旧版标准中要求测试电风扇的风量测试结果,分析在使用4个风速表采样较大地提高了风量测试的稳定性和重现性,对于400 mm规格的落地扇,在4.5 m房间内的风量测试相对于6 m的测试房间结果重现性和稳定性要更好。 This paper introduces the differences between IEC 60879:2019"Comfort fans and regulators for household and purposes-Methods for measuring performance"and IEC 60879:1986,involving in standard scope,terms and definitions,different methods for measuring performance,standby power and so on,discusses the test method of air volume for conventional fan in the new standard with 4 anemometers,and test method of bladeless fan and tower fan.Compare tests according to the requirements of new and old editions standards,the air flow rate are tested on typical electric fan samples shows that the stability and repeatability of air volume test are greatly improved with 4 anemometers.For the pedestal fan of 400 mm size,the repeatability and stability of air volume test results in 4.5 m room are better than those in 6 m test room.
