摘要
本文以一款对开门产品作为研究对象,通过优化风冷冷凝器的设计和冷凝风循环系统,实现了产品性能的大幅提升。比对测试结果显示:经优化设计后,所研究产品的冷凝温度降低约4℃,整机耗电量降低约7%,高环境温度下的储藏温度压缩机开机率降低约6%。
In this paper,a side-by-side product is used as the research object,and the performance of the product has been greatly improved by optimizing the design of the air-cooled condenser and the condensing air circulation system.The comparison test results show that after the optimized design,the condensing temperature of the studied product is reduced by about 4℃,the power consumption of the whole machine is reduced by about 7%,and the compressor operating rate under high ambient temperature is reduced by about 6%.
