高端圆筒空调器扫风运行稳定性分析与研究

Analysis and Research on Stability of High-end Cylinder Air Conditioner in Sweeping Operation

本文结合空调运动推出、异响问题,对运动部件运行过程中不推出及异响进行了分析和对比验证,找出空调器运动部件在推出过程中导致异响、和不推出的影响因素,基于空调器运动部件的推出运行原理,在推出过程中,避免因物料及零件的异常导致运动部件受阻不推出、异响,找出具体物料零件的问题点,提前控制,规避空调器过程运行导致的不推出及异响问题。

This paper analyzes and compares the non-push and non-push of moving parts in the process of air conditioner’s push-out and non-push based on the problem of air conditioner’s push-out and non-push-out.Based on the principle of push-out of moving parts of air conditioner,the problem of non-push-out and non-push-out caused by abnormal materials and parts can be avoided.
