摘要
近年来,我国海洋环境保护工作收效颇丰,主要表现在管辖海域水质、近岸海域水质以及海洋生态环境等方面取得的突出成果;但仍存在诸如海水富营养化现象普遍、海洋油气区污染物排放问题较大、非传统型海洋问题严重等不足,需要重点加以应对。在人工智能时代背景下,将我国海洋环境保护工作与人工智能和大数据技术紧密结合,能充分发挥AI技术优势,凸显海洋环境保护的智能化趋势,力求海洋环境保护理念与原则的创新化、海洋环境监管的智能化以及海洋环境治理的数据化。
In recent years,China's marine environmental protection has achieved great results,mainly in the water quality of the jurisdictional sea area,the water quality of the offshore area and the marine ecological environment.However,there are still some practical problems needing to be dealt with,such as the widespread eutrophication of sea water,the serious problem of pollutant emission in marine oil and gas areas,and the serious non-traditional marine problems.Under the background of artificial intelligence era,China's marine environmental protection work will be closely combined with artificial intelligence and big data technology,giving full play to the advantages of AI technology and highlighting the intelligent trend of marine environmental protection,so as to strive for the innovation of marine environmental protection concepts and principles,the intelligentialization of marine environmental supervision and the datamation of marine environmental governance.
