摘要 张珍玉教授一生钻研经典,学以致用,深研中医理论,坚持临床实践,传承中医精粹,引领中医创新。通过梳理张老学习经典、应用经典的案例,总结张老的创新理论及临床诊疗的学术思想:既要传承经典,亦要守正创新。张老在理论上创新性提出"血到之处气必到,气到之处血未必到""经络是生理现象而非客观实体"等观点;在临床上重视脾胃的作用,创立"齐鲁补土派",治疗杂病重视从肝论治,主张治咳之要在宣降、消渴从肾论治等。 Professor ZHANG Zhenyu studied and applied classics all his life,studied the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)profoundly,adhered to clinical practice,inherited the essence of TCM,and led the innovation of TCM.The cases of Professor ZHANG learning and applying classics were reviewed to sum up the theories and academic thoughts of clinical diagnosis and treatment proposed by Professor ZHANG.Professor ZHANG advocated inheriting the classics and innovating.In theory,he put forward that"the blood must come wherever the qi does,while blood does not come wherever qi does",meridian is a physiological phenomenon rather than an objective substance.Clinically,he emphasized the role of the spleen and stomach,and founded the"Qilu Tonifying Earth School",and the importance of liver in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases.Besides,Professor ZHANG proposed that the essentials of treating cough were dispersing and descending and diabetes should be treated from kidney.
