从“双心同调”论治双心疾病伴失眠

Treating Psycho-Cardiological Diseases with Insomnia from Perspective of“Psycho-Cardiological Harmony”

双心疾病常伴有失眠,而失眠是加重双心疾病病情的重要因素。双心疾病伴失眠的基本病机为心"主神明"和"主血脉"功能的受损,一方面,正气不足,心神失其濡养而失眠;另一方面,气滞、痰浊、瘀血等病因阻塞脉道,阴阳不得相交而失眠,即"神明之心"和"血脉之心"同时受扰,故治疗上提倡以安神为要,双心同调。采用抗栓1号方补虚活血以安心神,柴胡疏肝散合半夏厚朴汤加减解郁化痰以通血脉,同时重视调和阴阳及情志疏导。

Psycho-cardiological diseases are often accompanied by insomnia,and insomnia is an important factor worsening psycho-cardiological diseases.The primary disease mechanism of psycho-cardiological diseases with insomnia is the impairment of the heart function of"governing the spirit"and"governing the blood vessels".On the one hand,the healthy qi is insufficient,and fails to nourish the heart spirit,which would lead to insomnia;on the other hand,qi stagnation,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and other factors would block the blood vessels and channels,which causes yin and yang failing to communicate,and leads to insomnia.That is,"heart of spirit"and"heart of blood vessels"are disturbed at the same time,therefore,on thetreatment,it is advocated that tranquilizing mind is the key,and psycho-cardiological disease should be treated simultaneously.Kangshuan Yihao Formula(抗栓1号方)is often used to tonify deficiency and activate blood circulation to tranquilize mind,and often in combination with modified Chaihu Shugan Powder(柴胡疏肝散)and Banxia HoupoDecoction(半夏厚朴汤)to relieve depression and resolve phlegm to dredge blood vessels.Besides,it is important to regulate yin and yang and conduct emotional counseling.
