补益脾胃调节肠道微生态防治阿尔茨海默病研究进展

Research Progress in The Prevention and Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease by Regulating Intestinal Microecology Through Tonifying Spleen and Stomach

阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种起病隐匿并且呈现进行性发展的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。近年研究发现,肠道微生态的紊乱与AD发生发展关系密切,调节肠道微生态对AD症状具有较好的改善作用,肠道菌群有望成为治疗干预AD的目标之一。部分中药复方已被实证具有调节肠道微生态的作用,提示通过中医药调节肠道微生态可望对AD起到防治作用。同时,大量文献研究表明肠道微生态的紊乱与人体脾胃功能密切相关,从脾胃调节肠道菌群,可能影响AD发病机制的形成,进而防治AD。参考文献38篇。

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system with insidious onset and progressive development.Recent studies have found that the disorder of the intestinal microecology is closely related to the occurrence and development of AD.Regulating the intestinal microecology has a better effect on improving the symptoms of AD,and the intestinal flora is expected to become one of the goals of treatment and intervention in AD.Some traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formulas have been proved to have the effect of regulating the intestinal microecology,suggesting that the regulation of intestinal microecology through TCM could play a role in preventing and treating AD.Besides,many literatures have shown that the disorder of the intestinal microecology is closely related to the function of spleen and stomach.Regulating the intestinal flora from the spleen and stomach may affect the formation of the pathogenesis of AD,to prevent and treat AD.There are 38 papers cited as references.
