摘要
目前企业面临的竞争日益激烈,市场开始萎缩、盈利水平不断下降,企业实施内部市场化管理是企业应对市场变化、提高运行效率、增加运营收益的需求,对于盘活资源、激发干劲、理顺流程、降本增效都具有重要意义。本文针对当前存在的问题,重点在构建组织机构、明确工作机制、建立绩效考核、强化人才培训等方面进行改善和提升。
At present,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.The market began to shrink and the profit level continued to decline.The implementation of internal market-oriented management in enterprises is to meet the needs of market changes,improve operational efficiency and increase operational revenue,which is of great significance to revitalize resources,stimulate energy,straighten out processes,reduce costs and increase efficiency.In view of the current problems,we should focus on improving and upgrading the organization,clarifying the working mechanism,establishing performance appraisal,and strengthening talent training.
