摘要 目的旨在设计一款慢性疼痛患者使用的便携式智能医疗腕带,以缓解"看病难、看病贵"的医疗现状。方法通过文献回顾、专家咨询及预实验等方式,设计硬件实现合理且多样的刺激治疗模式,还可通过智能终端进行参数调整、疼痛治疗和有效性评估。根据纳入排除标准,对10例受试者施加敲击、针刺等模式刺激以验证有效性。结果智能医疗腕带能产生家用镇痛治疗所需的各种参数,并能提供敲击、镇痛两种刺激模式。结论实现了用于镇痛的智能医疗腕带。 Objective To design a portable medical wristband for patients with chronic pain to relieve the medical status of“difficult and expensive medical treatment”.Methods A hardware circuit was designed to realize reasonable and diverse stimulation treatment modes through literature review,expert consultation and pre-experiments.In addition,parameter adjustment,pain treatment and effectiveness evaluation can also be carried out through smart terminals.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,10 healthy subjects were included,and pattern stimuli,such as percussion and acupuncture,were applied to the subjects to verify the effectiveness.Results After the initial test of the system,the medical wristband can produce various parameters required for home analgesia,and can provide two stimulation modes of percussion and analgesia.Conclusion A smart medical wristband for pain relief was realized.
