摘要
生物组织吻合是现阶段外科手术面临的重要挑战。传统的手工针线缝合和机械吻合器吻合易导致吻合口出血、吻合口狭窄、吻合口瘘等并发症,而基于能量的生物组织吻合技术可明显简化操作流程,缩短手术时间,减少术后排异反应,极具临床应用潜力。该文综述了超声、激光、射频电流等能量在生物组织吻合中的应用,同时对三种能量的吻合机理进行了初步探讨,为能量组织吻合技术的研究和应用提供理论参考。
Biological tissue anastomosis is a clinical challenge in recent years.Traditional manual suture and mechanical anastomosis can result in complications,including anastomotic bleeding,anastomotic stenosis and anastomotic fistula.The novel energy-based biological tissue anastomosis technologies have the advantages of simplifying operation process,shorting operational time and reducing postoperative rejection.This paper reviews the anastomotic application of ultrasound,laser and radiofrequency current in biological tissues.Furthermore,the anastomotic mechanisms of the three energies are discussed.This paper aims to provide a theoretical reference for the research and application of energy-based biological tissue anastomosis.
