碾压混凝土坝变态混凝土自动化搅拌加浆设备的研发及应用

摘要 现有碾压混凝土坝变态混凝土采用人工挖沟槽、框量加浆的施工方式,其作业效率低、浆液浪费多且加浆均匀性差,始终是变态混凝土施工控制的薄弱环节。介绍了一种搅拌式可调控数字流量加浆的变态混凝土注浆新工艺;运用EDEM离散元软件仿真分析了变态区拌合料中搅拌加浆方式的拌合均匀性,并进行了搅拌工艺参数优化;研发出了一套变态混凝土搅拌加浆全自动设备,分析了其性能特点。乌弄龙水电站现场运用实践表明:该装备及工艺显著提高了变态混凝土的作业工效,改善了施工质量,具有重要的工程应用价值。 Modified concrete applied in RCC dam construction are normally prepared through manual trench digging and grout adding accordingly,which is featured with low operating efficiency,large grout waste,poor grout uniformity,and these are the weak points in quality control during construction.In this paper,a new technique of grout injection with agitating programmable digital flow for the modified concrete in RCC dam construction is introduced.By application of software of EDEM discrete element,the uniformity of mixing and grout adding in the mixture is simulated and analyzed and the process parameters is optimized as well.A set of fully automatic equipment for grout adding in the modified concrete is developed and its performance characteristics are analyzed.Application of the equipment in Wunonglong Hydropower Station has significantly improved the work efficiency,controlled the construction quality and with important engineering application value.
