坝料核销体系在长河坝水电站施工管理中的应用

Application of Dam Material Write-off System in Construction Management of Changheba Hydropower Station

长河坝电站为300 m级土石坝,筑坝材料多达七种,采用多个料场、多条运输路线进行供料,如何精准进行对上、对下的计量,成为项目成本管控的重点工作。为有效提高管理水平,长河坝水电站在大坝填筑施工计量管理中引入坝料核销体系。通过对各类坝料生产量和使用量的统计,并采用不同的数据来源进行核对,分析差异量产生的原因,制定解决措施,然后由各部门根据要求对日常管理工作进行调整,提升管理水平,做好项目成本管控。

Seven kinds of dam filling material are used in the 300m-level earth and rock-fill dam of Changheba Hydropower Station.Dam filling materials are supplied from multiple material fields with various transportation routes.Accurate measurement of material supply and write-off becomes the key of cost control.To effectively improve management efficiency,filling material verification and write-off system is introduced in the construction management system of dam engineering.Through statistics of production and consumption of different filling materials,verification of data from different sources,analysis on the reasons for differences of measurements,counter-measures are worked out for each department to implement in daily management,so as to improve management efficiency and save construction cost.
