摘要
针对某型泵压式补燃循环液氢/液氧火箭发动机,分析其系统组成和工作过程。基于MATLAB/Simu-link仿真环境,利用模块化建模方法开发了发动机通用部件模块。提出了构建发动机模型的三层次结构,采用内外循环的发动机建模方法,建立了该型发动机系统主级阶段非线性动态仿真模型,建立的模型具有精度高、收敛速度快等特点,为后续的发动机控制系统和故障诊断研究建立了一种灵活的仿真平台。
For a certain type of pump pressure supplementary combustion circulating liquid hydrogen/liquid oxygen rocket engine,the system composition and working process are analyzed.Based on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment,the general engine component modules were developed using modular modeling methods.A three-level structure for building an engine model is proposed.Using the internal and external cycle engine modeling method,a nonlinear dynamic simulation model for the main stage of this type of engine system is established.The established model has the characteristics of high accuracy and fast convergence speed.The engine control system and fault diagnosis research established a flexible simulation platform.
