摘要
为了优化现有的护林航站选址工作方法,提出了一种基于随机森林赋权的航空护林起降点布局规划改进方法。从历年统计数据出发,采用平衡数据集SMOTE算法生成样本数据,基于随机森林(RF)算法结合Z-SCORE与T分数建立一种客观的重要度评价模型。同时结合林火蔓延公式与P-中值数学模型对航空护林起降点的救援能力进行建模分析,综合重要度评价模型最终给出合理的起降点布局及建设顺序。并通过实例验证了模型的科学性和有效性。
In order to optimize the existing planning method of take-off and landing points for aerial forest protection,this paper proposed an improved method based on random forest weighting.First,a structural model of factors affecting the construction of aerial forest protection take-off and landing points was established.Furthermore,after using the SMOTE algorithm,Z-SCORE and T-score transformation to process the data,an objective weighting method was proposed based on the random forest algorithm,and an evaluation model of the importance of factors affecting the takeoff and landing of aviation forest protection was constructed.Combined the forest fire spread formula with the P-median model to analyze the rescue range of an aerial forest protection.Finally,a layout of take-off and landing points and construction sequence were given.An example is given to verify the scientific nature and high efficiency of the model and algorithm.
