摘要
当前大学生"慢就业"现象可分为"积极慢就业"和"消极慢就业"两类,本文通过分析两类现象的本质原因,提出应对性措施:针对"积极慢就业",提供全面职业规划分析服务,防止学生转化为"消极慢就业";针对"消极慢就业",提供主观引导措施,即将思政教育、职业规划教育和就业心理教育;和客观帮扶措施,即转变服务方式、开展"互联网+就业"技能培训和创新实践教育路径,帮助大学生实现高质量的、充分的就业。
At present,the phenomenon of"delayed employment"o f college students falls into two categories:"positive delayed employment"and"negative delayed employment".Through analyzing the essential causes of these two phenomena,this paper proposes countermeasures:aiming at"positive delayed employment",it provides comprehensive career planning analysis services to prevent students from turning into"negative delayed employment";For"negative delayed employment",provide subjective guidance measures,namely ideological and political education,career planning education and employment psychological education;And objective support measures,namely,to change the service mode,carry out"Internet+employment"skills training and innovative practical education path,to help college students achieve high-quality employment.
