军用车辆轮毂电机无位置传感器技术研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 阐述了无位置传感器技术国内外研究现状,归纳了无位置传感器主要控制方法,并针对在军用车辆特殊工作环境下位置传感器容易发生故障的问题,基于轮毂电机无位置传感器控制技术归纳出电驱动系统的备用方案,即建立正常行驶-故障检测-状态切换的工作流程,当位置传感器出现故障时,车辆能够识别故障并从有位置传感器状态切换到无位置传感器状态,以保证车辆的基本行驶;同时列出完成工作流程迫切需要解决的技术问题,为军用车辆稳定性提升及自适应容错控制提供参考。 The research status of position sensorless technology at home and abroad was outlined.The main control methods of position sensorless were summarized.And aiming at the problem that the position sensor of military vehicles is prone to failure under the special working environment,a backup solution for the electric drive system was summarized based on the position sensorless control technology of the hub motor.That is to establish a workflow for normal driving,fault detection and status switching.When the position sensor fails,the vehicle can identify the fault and switch from the position sensor state to the position sensorless state to ensure the basic driving of the vehicle.We sorted out the technical problems urgently needed to achieve the overall workflow,which provides a reference for the improvement of military vehicle stability and adaptive fault tolerance control.
