导电媒质中电极绝缘涂层对其电场分布的影响

摘要 在实验室中用2个尺寸相同的铜片和铂片模拟电极,置于盐水中并通以恒定电流,改变电极表面的绝缘涂层状态,测量固定平面上的标量电位分布并进行比较。同时基于分层导电媒质中的电偶极子模型对不同涂覆状态下的等效电场场源强度进行反演;电极表面局部涂覆绝缘涂层虽不改变空间中标量电位分布的主体特征,但对标量电位量值的影响却不可忽视,且不同涂覆部位带来的影响不同;研究表明:电极表面有涂覆时,场源仍可用电偶极子等效,绝缘涂覆层带来的影响可用等效场源强度的变化体现;实际应用中,可依据涂覆部位对场源强度修正。 Copper and platinum electrodes of the same size were placed in saline in the laboratory with constant current,and then the state of the insulating coating on the electrode surface was changed,the scalar potential distribution on a fixed plane was measured and compared.At the same time,the strength of the equivalent electric field source in different coating states was inversed based on the electric dipole model in the layered conductive medium.The research results show that although the local insulating coating on the electrode surface does not change the main characteristics of the scalar potential distribution in space,the influence on the scalar potential magnitude cannot be ignored,and the impact caused by different coating locations is different.The research also shows that when the electrode surface is coated,the field source can still be equivalent with electric dipole,and the effect of the insulation coating can be reflected by the change of the equivalent field source strength.In practical applications,the field source strength can be modified according to the coating location.
