实现工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化,核心是在发展乡村工业化中加快小城市发展。文章对“城镇化”进行解析,深化了对“城镇化”主旨的认识。认为“就地”“就近”城市化,是解决农村富余劳动力就业,实现乡村工业化,使村民安居乐业的重要举措。

To realize industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,the core is to speed up the development of small cities in the development of rural industrialization.This paper analyzes the urbanization,and deepens the understanding of the main purpose of urbanization.It is considered that"local"and"nearby"urbanization is an important measure to solve the problem of employment of rural surplus labor force,realize rural industrialization and make villagers live and work in peace and contentment.
