摘要
以某型号中耕机为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench对其进行了静力学分析与模态分析。结果表明:在额定松土工况下,中耕机机架最大变形量为1.9 mm,最大应力为78.5 MPa,应力分布不均匀;中耕机的前6阶模态的振动频率范围为13.7~39.3 Hz,当外界载荷的振动频率在此范围内时,应注意共振损伤。
Taking a certain type of cultivator as the research object,static analysis and modal analysis are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.The analysis results show that:under the rated loose soil condition,the maximum deformation of the cultivator frame is 1.9 mm,the maximum stress is 78.5 Mpa,and the stress distribution is uneven;the vibration frequency range of the first six modes of the cultivator is 13.7~39.3 Hz,when the vibration frequency of external load is in this range,attention should be paid to the resonance damage.
