Control of Key Links of Pesticide Residue Detection Technology in Plant Products

农药残留对农产品质量和食品安全具有重要影响,为了提高检测准确性和灵敏度,需要对植物产品农药残留检测技术进行不断优化,以科学规范的农药残留检测操作来更好的处理农药残留问题。文章对待检样品前处理进行分析,对假阳性和假阴性2种不同异常定性结果及原因进行阐述,对农业残留定量检测及质量控制进行总结,以期为规范实验室检测植物性产品农药残留提供理论参考。

Pesticide residues have an important impact on the quality of agricultural products and food safety.In order to improve the detection accuracy and sensitivity,it is necessary to continuously optimize the detection technology of pesticide residues in plant products,so as to better deal with the problem of pesticide residues with scientific and standardized detection operation.In this paper,the pretreatment of samples to be tested was analyzed,the qualitative results and reasons of false positive and false negative were described,and the quantitative detection and quality control of agricultural residues were summarized,so as to provide theoretical reference for the standardization of laboratory detection of pesticide residues in plant products.
