摘要
农产品检测实验室中,确保检测工作顺利开展的前提是安全管理和风险管理。安全管理即设立安全管理制度;风险管理即强化实验室各类人员的风险管理意识,多方面评估实验室存在的风险,并随时启动应急处理机制,使风险和问题处于受控状态。文章对农产品检测实验室风险的主要特征进行总结,分析实验室风险主要来源,阐述各种风险相应的规避措施。
In agricultural products testing laboratory,the premise of ensuring the smooth development of testing work is safety management and risk management.Safety management is to establish safety management system;risk management is to strengthen the risk management consciousness of all kinds of laboratory personnel,evaluate the risks existing in the laboratory in many aspects,and start the emergency treatment mechanism at any time,so as to make the risks and problems under control.This paper summarizes the main characteristics of the risk of agricultural products testing laboratory,analyzes the main sources of laboratory risk,and expounds the corresponding measures to avoid various risks.
