都昌县暴雨特征统计分析及防灾减灾措施

Statistical Analysis of Rainstorm Characteristics and Disaster Prevention and Reduction Measures in Duchang County

统计都昌县气象局2000年—2019年的暴雨日数,采用统计学方法从暴雨日数的年际分布、季节与月分布等角度分析了该地区暴雨特征,并在此基础上给出几点防灾减灾措施,结果表明:2000年—2019年都昌县年暴雨日数以1.195 d/10年的速率呈显著的上升趋势。暴雨主要集中在夏季,春季次之,冬季极少会出现暴雨天气。以6月出现暴雨日数的频率最高,12月和1月未出现过暴雨天气。由于暴雨造成的影响及损失巨大,都昌县气象局必须做好防灾知识宣传工作、提升暴雨预报预警的准确率及精细化水平、强化部门协作,以尽可能减少暴雨产生的影响,保障民众的生命财产安全。

Based on the statistics of rainstorm days in the Meteorological Bureau of Duchang County from 2000 to 2019,this paper analyzes the characteristics of rainstorm days in this area from the perspectives of inter annual distribution,seasonal and monthly distribution,and puts forward some disaster prevention and mitigation measures.The results show that the annual rainstorm days of 1.195d/10a in Duchang County from 2000 to 2019 show a significant upward trend.The rainstorm is mainly concentrated in summer,followed by spring,and rarely in winter.The frequency of rainstorm days is the highest in June,and there is no rainstorm in December and January.Due to the huge impact and loss caused by rainstorm,the Meteorological Bureau of Duchang County must do a good job in disaster prevention knowledge publicity,improve the accuracy and refinement level of rainstorm forecast and early warning,and strengthen the cooperation of departments,so as to reduce the impact of rainstorm as much as possible and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
