新型企口装配式砌块砌体墙的抗震性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以墙体高宽比和墙体所受的竖向压应力作为试验的变量,通过拟静力试验对自动砌墙机所砌出的6片新型企口装配式砌块砌体墙的各项抗震性能进行研究,包括墙体破坏的过程、最终破坏形态、抗震承载力、抗剪承载力、耗能性能、延性以及刚度退化特征等。结果表明:提高墙体的高宽比,会显著减小墙体的开裂荷载、最大荷载和破坏荷载。同时,高宽比的增大会提高墙体耗能能力和延性。墙体竖向压应力越大,其初始刚度和抗剪承载力会有明显的提升,刚度退化的速度逐渐减小,但墙体的耗能能力显著降低。该类新型企口装配式砌块砌体墙的抗震承载力、抗剪承载力满足规范和试验拟合公式的要求,具有一定的安全强度储备,可以在广大村镇地区推广使用。 Taking the aspect ratio and the vertical pressure stress of the wall as the variable of the experiment,the seismic performance of the six new prefabricated interlocking block masonry walls built by the automatic wall-building machine was studied by the static force test,including the process of wall damage,the final destruction form,the seismic carrying force,the shear-resistant carrying force,energy dissipation performance,the ductility and the characteristics of stiffness degradation.The results show that increasing the aspect ratio of the wall will significantly reduce the cracking load of the wall,the maximum load and the destructive load.At the same time,the increase of the aspect ratio can improve the energy dissipation and ductility of the wall.The greater the vertical pressure stress of the wall,the greater its initial stiffness and shear-resistant carrying force will be significantly improved,the rate of stiffness degradation will be gradually reduced,but the energy dissipation performance of the wall will be significantly reduced.This kind of new type of prefabricated interlocking block masonry wall′s seismic carrying force,shear-resistant carrying force meet the requirements of the specification and test fitting formula,with a certain amount of safety strength reserves,and can be popularized in the vast number of villages and towns.
