新型预制整浇拼合楼板的受弯性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 结合现浇楼板与叠合楼板的优点,提出了一种新型预制整浇拼合楼板,为了研究该新型预制整浇拼合楼板的破坏形态、受弯性能、短期刚度,以板厚、配箍方式、预埋PVC数量等为变量设计了6个试件,并与2个现浇试件进行对比。通过对试件进行静力加载试验所得的荷载-位移曲线及板内箍筋应变变化情况的分析,表明:新型预制整浇拼合楼板较现浇楼板具有更高的承载力;拼合楼板的现浇部分配置环箍的受力性能比配置开口箍+底筋以及双折开口箍的受力性能更佳;拼合楼板现浇部位埋置PVC管会降低其承载力和刚度;拼合楼板在拼缝处存在一个薄弱面,应增加此处的构造措施。 Combining the advantages of cast-in-situ floor slab and laminated floor slab,a new type of precast cast-in-situ composite floor slab was proposed.In order to study the failure mode,flexural performance and short-term stiffness of the new type of precast cast-in-situ composite floor slab,six specimens were designed based on variables such as the thickness,stirrup reinforcement method,and the number of embedded PVC pipes,and which were compared with two cast-in-place specimens.The analysis of the load-displacement curve obtained by the static loading test on the specimens and the strain change of the stirrup in the slab shows that:the new type of precast cast-in-situ composite floor slab has a higher bearing capacity than that of the cast-in-place floor slab;the mechanical performance of the cast-in-place part of the composite floor slab with ring stirrup is better than that with opening stirrup+bottom reinforcement bar and double folding opening stirrup;the bearing capacity and stiffness will be reduced if PVC pipes are embedded in the cast-in-place part of the composite floor slab;there is a weak surface in the joint of the composite floor slab,and the structural measures should be added.
