农村社区风险防控对策探究

Countermeasures of Risk Control in Rural Community

农村社区作为现代社会的重要组成部分,其稳定关乎整个社会大局的稳定。经济发展和科技进步在促进农村社区现代化的同时,也引发了诸如生产事故频发、价值多元化、认同感弱化、治安隐患多样化、信任感降低以及社会断裂等一系列影响社会稳定和发展的安全风险。在梳理风险和风险事故产生原因的基础上,根据农村社区的实际情况,从培育农村社区文化、引进综合型专业人才、发挥精英阶层在风险防控中的作用等方面提出有针对性的风险防控对策,以期减少农村社区因风险防控失当导致的损失,促进农村的社会稳定和经济发展。

As an important part of modern society,rural community is related to the overall stability of the whole society.While promoting the modernization of rural community,economic development and scientific and technological progress also lead to a series of security risks affecting social stability and development,such as frequent production accidents,diversified values,weakened sense of identity,diversified security risks,reduced sense of trust and social rupture.By analyzing causes of risk and risk accident,according to the actual situation of rural community,this paper puts forward the targeted countermeasures of risk control,such as cultivating rural community culture,introducing comprehensive professional talents,playing the role of the elite in risk control,so as to decrease the loss of rural community as a result of improper risk control,promote rural social stability and economic development.
