摘要
车载电驱动系统的偏磁问题严重影响到车辆EMC,NVH等性能。整改电动汽车EMC问题和提高整车驾驶体验都具有重要意义。分析了永磁同步电机系统偏磁产生的几种主要原因,并以系统电流传感器测量量为偏磁状态量进行提取,增加软件调制策略补偿量以改善系统偏磁。该偏磁算法有效降低系统局部发热和扭矩稳态波动,提高了电流利用率和电机系统效率。
The magnetic bias of vehicle electric drive system seriously affects the performance of vehicle EMC and NVH.It is of great significance for the EMC problem rectification of electric vehicles and the improvement of vehicle driving experience.Several main reasons for the generation of magnetic deviation of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)system was analyzed,The magnetic bias was extracted from the measured quantity of the system current sensor,and the compensation quantity was added to the software modulation strategy to improve the system's magnetic bias.The magnetic bias algorithm can effectively reduce local heat and steady state fluctuation of torque,and improve current utilization and system efficiency.
