自组织理论视域下民办高校大学生体育社团运行瓶颈研究

Research on the Operation Bottleneck of Private College Students’Sports Associations from the Perspective of Self-organization Theory

通过对自组织理论进行系统的分析,认为自组织主要由人员、结构、资源、制度、流程等要素构成,并协同为自组织的目标服务,提出自组织理论体系三个方面,分别是耗散、协同和突变。高校学生体育社团具有自组织特征,其存在促进了个体发展,维护了社会组织稳定。目前,高校体育社团价值没有得到应有体现。通过对江苏省民办高校体育社团调查,从自组织理论的组成要素分析出发,对人员因素、物资经费因素、社团管理因素等几个方面进行研究,认为现阶段制约江苏省民办高校学生体育社团功能发挥的因素主要有社团制度要素与管理要素不足、社团组织资源要素不足、社团组织内部系统结构要素稳定性不足,并对形成这些不足的原因进行了分析。

Based on the systematic analysis of self-organization theory,it is considered that self-organization is mainly composed of personnel,structure,resources,system,process and other elements,and cooperatively serves the goal of self-organization.Three development systems of self-organization theory are proposed,namely dissipation,synergy and sudden change.College students’sports associations have the characteristics of self-organization,which promote the individual development and maintain the stability of social organizations.At present,the value of sports associations in colleges and universities has not been reflected.Based on the analysis of the elements of self-organization theory,this paper studies the factors of personnel,materials and funds,community management and so on.It is concluded that the main factors restricting the function of students’sports associations in private colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province are the community system.This paper analyzes the reasons for these deficiencies.
