On the Personnel Training of Rural Revitalization and Construction of Large Rural Education System

乡村振兴战略需要大批承担国家使命、拥有乡土情怀、活化本土知识、掌握现代技术、具备创新能力的知识型、技能型、创新型乡村建设与管理人才,需要培养适应农村经济、政治、文化、社会和生态文明建设所需的各级各类人才,这就既要建立承担不同规格、多种类型乡村振兴人才培养体系,又要建构相互联系的城乡一体化的、多类型多层次的大农村教育体系。

The rural revitalization strategy requires a large number of knowledge-based,skilled,and innovative talents for rural construction and management with rural feelings,who are supposed to activate local knowledge,master modern technology,and possess innovative capabilities to undertake the national mission.Therefore,it is necessary for us to cultivate various types of talents at all levels who can adapt to the rural economy,politics,culture,society and the construction of ecological civilization,which requires not only the establishment of a talent training system for rural revitalization of different specifications and types,but also the construction of a large rural education system that integrates urban and rural areas in a correlational,multi-typed and multi-leveled manner.
