A Retrospection on the Performance of Social Organizationsin Dealing with Public Health Crisis

在党和政府的坚强领导下,新冠肺炎疫情防控的人民战争已经取得阶段性胜利。广大社会组织积极动员社会力量、汇集资源助力疫情防控,政府主导、社会协同的治理优势得到了充分发挥。面对疫情防控常态化下社会服务需求的上升,政府应深化政社合作,提升社会资源配置效率,完善社会组织政策支持体系,引导社会组织广泛参与社会服务。社会组织作为社会治理主体,应不断加强自身能力建设,塑造良好的公益形象,凝聚社会公益能量,更好地回应公众的服务需求。

Under the leadership of the CCP and the central government,Chinese people s combating the pandemic of the COVID-19 has won the periodic victory.Numerous social organizations mobilized many resources and materials to support combating the pandemic and the advantages of government-led and social coordination in governance have been fully brought into play.Facing the increasing social service demands in the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the government should strengthen cooperation with social sectors,improve the allocation efficiency of social public resources and improve the policy support system for social organizations to guide them to extensively participate in social services.In the meantime,as social governance subject,social organizations should make efforts to build professional capabilities,display a more positive public image and accumulate the social energy for public welfare so as to provide better social services for people.
