摘要
目的:通过树脂模拟根管比较3种单支锉WaveOne Gold(WOG)、Reciproc Blue(RPB)和M3-L的成形能力。方法:将30个单弯树脂模拟根管随机分为3组,分别使用WOG、RPB、M3-L预备根管,数码相机采集预备前后根管图像,Adobe Photoshop 19.0软件图像重叠后,Image J 2.0.0软件测量预备后6个观测水平的内、外壁树脂去除量,根管工作长度、弯曲度及根尖偏移量。结果:WOG在距根尖2~4 mm内壁树脂去除量最少(P<0.05),外壁最多(P<0.05),RPB和M3-L在所有观测点的树脂去除量相近(P>0.05)。3组模拟根管的工作长度和弯曲度均减小,其中M3-L弯曲度改变最小(P=0.061),3种单支锉产生的根尖偏移均<0.1 mm(P=0.717)。结论:虽然3种单支锉均能较好的保持根管的原始形态,但WOG在距根尖2~3 mm明显向外壁偏移,M3-L预备后根管弯曲度改变最小。
Objective:To compare the shaping ability of WaveOne Gold,Reciproc Blue and M3-L in simulated root canals.Methods:Thirty resin blocks with simulated curved root canals were distributed into three groups,and prepared using WaveOne Gold,Reciproc Blue and M3-L.Standardized photographs of pre-and post-instrumentation were superimposed by Adobe Photoshop 19.0 software. Measurements were taken of the quantity of resin removed from the inner and outer walls of the curvature at 6 levels,working length,curvature angles and the transportation of the apical foramen.Results:After preparation,WaveOne Gold demonstrated significant differences(P<0.05)at 2~4 mm both inner and outer wall from the apical foramen.The working length and curvature of the three groups reduced,among which M3-L changed the least curvature(P=0.061).All the three produced apical transportation less than 0.01 mm(P=0.717).Conclusion:Although all the instruments can maintain the original root canal anatomy,WaveOne Gold produced obvious transportation at 2~3 mm outer wall,M3-L made the least change of curvature after preparation.
