平滑克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

Clinical experience of treating supracondylar fracture of Humerus in children with internal fixation with smooth Kirschner wire

目的探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折应用平滑克氏针内固定治疗方法的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年9月-2019年10月收治的儿童肱骨髁上骨折38例,根据骨折损伤情况采用平滑克氏针内固定方法治疗。其中27例闭合牵引复位平滑克氏针内固定,11例切开复位平滑克氏针内固定。结果38例获6~36个月随访,平均20个月,术后4~10周骨折均达到临床愈合标准。根据邱耀元等评定标准,优21例,良15例,可2例,差0例,优良率94.7%。结论采用平滑克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折具有手术操作简便、手术创伤较小、骨折愈合较快、有效降低肘内翻并发率、肢体关节功能恢复良好的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the treatment and clinical effect of supracondylar fracture of Humerus in children with internal fixation with smooth Kirschner wire.Methods Thirty-eight cases of supracondylar fracture of Humerus in children from September 2016 to October 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.27 cases were treated by internal fixation with smooth Kirschner wire,open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire in 11 cases.Results All the 38 cases were followed up for 6~36 months,with an average of 20 months,and all the fractures reached the clinical healing standard in 4~10 weeks after operation.According to the evaluation standard of Qiu Yaoyuan,23 cases were excellent,13 were good,2 were fair,0 was poor,the excellent and good rate was 94.7%.Conclusion The treatment of supracondylar fracture of Humerus in children by internal fixation with smooth Kirschner wire has the advantages of simple operation,less surgical trauma,faster fracture healing and good recovery of limb joint function,it is a surgical method worthy of clinical application.
