水土保持监督管理和水土流失综合防治是法律赋予水土保持管理部门的重要职责,是有效保护和改善生态环境的主要手段。近年来,各级水利水保部门认真履职,坚持依法行政、依法管理,不断完善制度、提高能力、规范审批、强化监管,各项工作取得积极进展,为加快推进生态文明建设和经济社会可持续发展提供了有力保障。基于此,本文就水土保持与水生态保护的关系进行详细探究。

The supervision and management of soil and water conservation and the comprehensive prevention and control of soil erosion are important responsibilities assigned to the water and soil conservation management departments by law,and are the main means to effectively protect and improve the ecological environment.In recent years,water conservancy and soil conservation departments at all levels have conscientiously performed their duties,insisted on administration and management in accordance with the law,and continuously improved systems,improved capabilities,standardized examination and approval,and strengthened supervision.All work has made positive progress,which provides a strong guarantee for accelerating the construction of ecological civilization and sustainable economic and social development.Based on this,this paper explores the relationship between soil and water conservation and water ecological protection in detail.
